Regarding the violent arrest, Harney County Sheriff Dave Ward replied, “(When) we have issues with the way things are in our government, we have a responsibility as citizens to act on them in an appropriate manner. We don’t arm up, we don’t rebel. We work through the appropriate channels. This can’t happen anymore, this can’t happen in America, and it can’t happen in Harney County” (https://www.rt.com/usa/330385-bundy-oregon-protesters-leave/).
Bundy and his teammates should have screamed, "Allah akbar!" Then they should have killed gays, enslaved and raped women, and robbed random people. Top it off by stealing oil, gas, and other natural resources while insisting, "Assad must go."
Then the Zionist US kleptocracy would have provided military weapons, military training, and various assistance for Bundy and his Oregon militiamen.
Instead, the Oregon militiamen made the big mistake of trying to be productive ranchers who did NOT kowtow to the US regime of corporate-government bureaucracy. In addition, they incorrectly believed the US Constitution effectively empowers individuals against the regime. As Mao Zedong brutally revealed: Political power grows out of the barrel of a gun.
The Oregon militiamen were not a criminal threat to anyone. They were not trying to start a fight. They have been level-headed and willing to talk to international journalists, local journalists, and random people. They simply want to be productive ranchers who followed the US Constitution. The US regime should help these people pursue this goal or some other acceptable objective, and, if the US regime cannot or will not do this, then it should step aside.
This is just the start. Various news reports stated law-enforcement personnel are or have surrounded the Oregon militiamen’s facilities and farmland. The law enforcers are restricting who and what could enter and leave the Oregon militiamen’s newly created town. In other words, the US regime is laying siege to the Oregon ranchers. First, supplies and personnel for the Oregon ranchers are being cut off. If that fails to starve and demoralize the Oregon ranchers, then comes the shooting and explosions.
The US police state has a long history of making unreasonable demands, ignoring complaints, understating corruption and/or incompetence, intensifying disputes, falsifying evidence & testimonies, cherry-picking forensics, using threats and torture to manipulate people, using bribery to persuade people, and using excessive force. This unfortunate reality is the norm around the world, but some regimes are less brutal and other regimes are more vicious.
According to the US regime: The Oregon ranchers are evil or illegal rebels. The Syrian rebels are good or "moderate" terrorists. The Yemeni rebels are evil terrorists. Libyan terrorists are freedom fighters. Palestinian rebels are evil terrorists. Ukraine's rebel junta are good guys, but the eastern Ukraine rebels are bad guys. Iran’s rebels are the good guys. Egypt’s protesters and rebels are evil. Venezuela’s protesters against Chavez’s administration are good. South Ossetia’s rebels and Crimea’s rebels are illegal. Sudan’s rebels are good. Saudi rebels are evil.
Then there’s the reverse: The US regime reserves the exclusive right to cherry-pick who is good and who is evil. Assad’s Syrian regime is evil. The Yemeni regime is good. Gaddafi’s Libyan regime was evil. Israel the holiest of holiest that has ever been created by God. Ukraine’s previous government is evil, and its supporters are evil. Iran’s regime is evil. Egypt’s junta is good. Georgia’s regime and Ukraine’s rebel junta are good. South Sudan’s new regime is good, but the North Sudan’s old regime is bad. The Saudi regime is good.
One regime’s terrorist is another regime’s freedom fighter.
This is called cherry-picking rebels and governments, double-standard justice, and other types of moral pretexts. The US regime has a very long history of doing this. At least many Native Americans also oppose the US government, which constantly violates treaties with Native Americans and has a history of slaughtering Native Americans, stealing from Native Americans, slandering Native Americans, and brainwashing Native Americans.
Slightly deeper analysis reveals a pattern:
* Egypt's junta depends on US aid, thus, Egypt's junta obeys the US regime and tries to be neutral or friendly toward Israel at the expense of Palestine. Thus, the US regime will not support rebels against Egypt's junta.
* Syria's Assad regime is independent of the US cartels and is friendly with Russia, which challenges the US in various ways. Syria's Assad regime has various disputes with Israel, and will not provide free or cheap oil-and-gas pipelines from Saudi Arabia to the EU. Thus, the US supports "moderate" terrorist rebels against Syria's Assad regime.
* Turkey’s regime is a useful idiot, thus, Turkey’s regime is allowed to violate international law:
Exhibit A: Russia’s military observers recorded a video of Turkey illegally shelling Syrian territory (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nD4cQ-L366U).
Exhibit B: “Istanbul streets literally on fire as pro-Kurdish protesters clash with police” (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BC2KPvRG_Lc)
It's time for the global community to provide military weapons, military training, and other aid to free the Kurds and free the Armenians from the evil Turkey regime. Erdogan the error-dumb-one must go like Gaddafi and Saddam. This plan works so well in Ukraine, Libya, Syria, etc.
* Yemen's regime obeys the Saudi regime, and the Saudi regime uses its gigantic oil and gas reserves to exclusively support the US regime's currency. This creates the global petrodollar, which allows the US regime to create an inflation tax, usury, sanctions, and cartels around the world. Stated differently, the US Federal Reserve (which is neither federal nor a reserve) and its elaborate tentacles of various corporations and government agencies are allowed to quietly steal from the world. Thus, the US regime supports the Saudi regime, which is currently invading Yemen to inhumanely crush the Yemeni rebels.
* Libya's Gaddafi regime was trying to create an African and Middle Eastern alliance that was independent of the US regime and the EU regime. Thus, the US regime and the EU regime supported the Libyan rebels to overthrow Gaddafi's regime.
Gaddafi was a dictator of Libya, but his regime made Libya the most prosperous nation in Africa. The US regime’s explosive liberation, humanitarian shootouts, dumb-mock-crazy elections, and proxy rebels degraded Libya into a failed state of squabbling city states: “Libya asks to be labelled top health emergency by WHO” (http://dailystar.com.lb/News/Middle-East/2016/Jan-27/334294-libya-asks-to-be-labelled-top-health-emergency-by-who.ashx).
According to above article:
“There are currently five crises that WHO has classified as ‘level-three’ health emergencies: Iraq, Sudan, Syria, Yemen and the parts of west Africa hit hardest by Ebola.
“In principle, the classification calls for maximum medical personnel and supplies in to be sent to the crisis zone.”
This means the US regime’s foreign interventions in Iraq, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen are as devastating as Africa’s Ebola epidemic. This is as bad as it gets, but I don’t want to jinx the world.
* Modern Israel is the creation of liberal-guilt peddlers, Zionist Christians, and Zionist Jews. Thus Israel is allowed to commit genocide against Palestine, become one of the most unpopular nations in the world, and obtain a full range of direct and indirect welfare from the US regime's corporations and government agencies. Officially, Israel does not have nuclear weapons, but, in the real world, Israel clearly has illegal nuclear weapons from the US regime and EU regime.
* Ukraine's previous government wanted friendly relations with Russia. Thus, the US regime supported Ukrainians rebels who violently overthrew the Ukraine government and who created a rebel junta. This rebel junta currently struggles to wipe out the eastern Ukrainian rebels who insist on friendly relations with Russia. As expected, the rebel junta is a proxy government under the US regime's control.
* Etc.
The US regime cherry-picks governments, rebels, regulations, liberty, laws, and justice in order to create proxy governments and proxy rebels all over the planet. The US regime wants to monopolize all resources and labor under moral pretexts. In other words, this is imperial expansion, which is based on delusions of grandeur, God complex, and self-worship.
The US regime’s “human rights” policy truly consists of double-standards, moral pretexts, and cherry-picked partial truths mixed with lies. The US regime sugarcoats this by boasting of “rule by law,” but the law is created, redacted, interpreted, and enforced by the US oligarchy and its loyal servants.
Anyhow, I noticed that at least many of the Oregon militiamen are chubby. I always thought cowboys, ranchers, farmers, and other manual laborers would be lean. Excessive weight gain is an increasingly worse problem across America and the world.
America's problem with being overweight and unhealthy is due to the glorification of consumerism gone wild. It generates lots of money for American corporations, but the cost consists of various mental and physical illnesses, which could also greatly increase medical bills, and medical bills are a major cause of bankruptcies and financial burdens. The overall economy and culture could be impeded by health and fitness problems.
To lose weight (but not necessarily become more healthy & fit): Your daily caloric intake should be less than your daily caloric expense. Stated differently, the amount of energy you eat for each day should be less than the amount of energy you burn per day.
In a simple example, if your body burns 2,000 Calories per day, but you eat 1,500 Calories per day, then you will burn 500 Calories of body fat per day. In other words, you lose weight. Energy is neither created nor destroyed. Matter is neither created nor destroyed. Energy and matter are transferred from one spot to another location. When you urinate and defecate, you transfer organic waste from your body to the toilet. When you burn calories, you transfer heat from your body to your environment.
Continuing with the simple example, if your body burns 2,000 Calories per day, but you eat 2,500 Calories per day, then you will gain 500 Calories of body fat per day. In other words, you gain weight. Your body coverts excess sugars, excess fats, and excess oils in your foods into your body fat. To be more specific, your body can convert certain types of sugars, fats, amino acids, oxygen, and other chemicals into fuel that is immediately used up or stored as body fat. Eating excessive quantities of any nutrient will result in overloading your metabolism or pushing your body beyond its natural limits, which eventually results in illnesses.
Eat healthy. Eat real food. Avoid or minimize the consumption of synthetic colors, synthetic flavors, preservatives, hormones & medication in meats, artificial sugars, hydrogenated oils, and other man-made ingredients. They are incompatible and unhealthy for your body.
You are surrounded by residual toxins in your food (e.g., pesticides and various types of medication for farm animals), personal hygiene products (e.g., shampoos, conditioners, soaps, body lotions, deodorants and anti-perspirants, colognes, perfumes, cosmetics, and toothpastes), household cleaning chemicals (e.g., dishwashing soap and detergent, laundry detergent, and anti-static laundry sheets), electronics, plastic and/or rubber food containers, ink from receipts, etc.
Each residual toxin by itself cannot significantly harm you. However, you are constantly exposed to a combination of residual toxins for many years. This increases the probability of long-term health and fitness problems. Ideally, you should avoid these problems. If you must handle these problems, then minimize your exposure’s frequency, duration, and quantity, and use protective clothing and tools.
Eat a variety of green plants, red plants, yellow plants, and so forth (e.g., broccoli, kale, bok choy, apples, mangoes, bananas, nuts, Montgomery tart cherries, and pineapples). Eat a variety of meats. Drink water. Ditch soda and other types of candy. Snack on fruits and nuts. Real food is filled with fiber and nutrients, which creates satiety and prevents eating in excess. Fake food or junk food lacks fiber, lacks a variety of nutrients, and contain lots of synthetic ingredients, which confuses and damages your body's metabolism.
If you are hungry enough to eat broccoli, mangoes, and other highly nutritious plants, then you are probably truly hungry. Then you should eat a balanced meal. If you are NOT hungry, then don't eat. Eating for pleasure results in gradual weight gain.
You do NOT need to eat 3 meals per day. You eat when you are hungry. You do NOT eat when you are not hungry. Every time you eat, eat a balanced meal. Eat some vegetables, fruits, and meat. Drink some water. After eating, rinse your mouth with water. This gets rid of food acids that weaken your teeth. This helps clean your teeth of food debris, which minimizes bacterial growth. Excess bacterial growth results in dental decay.
Softly and thoroughly brush your teeth, gum line, and tongue before you sleep and after you wake up. Use an extra light and slow touch when brushing your gum line and tongue. Use a circular motion when brushing your gum line. Use both hands, different gripping techniques, and various toothbrush positions to ensure you gently and thoroughly brush your teeth. Take your time. Don't rush this. Practice makes perfect.
Correctly floss your teeth. Flossing should always be gentle on your gums and teeth. Forceful flossing could permanently damage your gums and teeth. Insert and remove the dental floss with the path that offers the gentle resistance. When inserting and removing the dental floss from your teeth pair, the dental floss should be more or less parallel with the small gap between your two teeth. Use a gentle sawing motion (not a snapping motion) to insert and remove the dental floss. Once the dental floss is inserted, wrap it around one tooth so that the dental floss forms a C-shape around the tooth. Then gently move the floss up and down at least 3 times. Do this for each tooth's two inner sides.
Try flossing once a day after you wake up. If this is too inconvenient, then try flossing once per day for Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. Practice makes perfect. Eventually, you will be able to efficiently floss your teeth and gums.
Do NOT excessively use soap, shampoo, conditioners, and lotion. Your skin's natural oil or sebum is healthy for you. You want moderate amounts of sebum; not too much or greasy, and not too little or dry. When you are a little bit dirty, gently clean yourself with a very damp or slightly wet washcloth. Dry the wet washcloth as soon as possible under light shade. Only use each washcloth once per day to avoid excess humidity, which promotes excessive microbial growth.
Get adequate rest. When you are a bit tired, then take a short break (e.g., 2 minutes of rest). When you are very tired, then take a nap or go to sleep for ~8 hours. Do NOT rest too much. Too little rest and too much rest are bad for your health and fitness. Overworking and overtraining will gradually weaken and injure you.
Live and work in a safe environment. This requires good hygiene and sanitation. Avoid or minimize pollution and waste. Avoid or minimize both man-made hazards and natural hazards. Use proper protection when working with dangerous chemicals and objects.
Get moderate amounts of sunlight. Too little sunlight and too much sunlight are bad for your health. Your Vitamin D3 levels, your skin's blood flow, and your eyes need moderate sunlight exposure. General idea for correct sunbathing:
* If your skin turns red from sunlight, then you are sunburned. If you develop freckles and/or age spots from sunlight, then you are sunburned. If the sunlight makes your skin feel too hot, then your skin is getting excess sunlight. Sunburns are very unhealthy for you, especially over the long-term.
* When you sunbathe by standing up, then these body parts tend to get more intense sunlight due to the body parts' surface angles relative to the sunlight angle: top of your head, the top of your ears, the ridge of your nose, the top of your shoulders, and the top of your feet. Be extra careful about protecting these body parts from excess sunlight.
* Go outside when your body's shadow is 1.0 to 1.5 times the length of your body's height. The longer your shadow, the less intense the sunlight is. The shorter your shadow, the more intense the sunlight is. If your shadow is shorter than this, then the sunlight could be too intense for your body. If your shadow is longer than this, then the sunlight is too weak for your body. Darker ethnic groups could handle longer sunlight exposure and/or more intense sunlight exposure. Lighter ethnic groups cannot handle longer sunlight exposure and/or more intense sunlight exposure.
* Due to the solar radiation’s path through the earth’s atmosphere and onto the earth’s surface, you generally have less solar energy at regions farther from the equator and more solar energy at regions closer to the equator. Solar energy refers to the sunlight’s emitted electromagnetic radiation (EMR), and it could be measured by the EMR’s frequency (or wavelength) and intensity. Excess solar energy causes sunburns, and inadequate solar energy causes ineffective sunbathing. The key is moderation.
Low solar energy creates the winter season. High solar energy results in the summer season. Moderate solar energy produces the spring season. Sunbathing during winter could be ineffective, because the solar energy could be too low.
* Do NOT use sunscreen lotions. They are biochemically toxic over the long-term. In addition, your body needs moderate sunlight exposure. Sunscreen lotions could deny you this. If you want to protect yourself against excess sunlight, then stay in the shade and/or wear clothing that covers your head, ears, neck, torso, arms, hands, hips, legs, and feet.
* These things could reflect excess sunlight toward you: water, ice, glass, shiny metals, concrete, and other highly reflective objects.
* Do NOT directly stare at the sun. Do NOT stare at uncomfortably shiny objects. Look at objects that are moderately bright from sunlight. Look at objects at close range, medium range, and far range. Do NOT wear any type of lens when sunbathing. Your eyes need moderate amounts of indirect sunlight exposure. Contact lens, prescription lens, and sunglasses easily block ultraviolet B radiation from the sun, but your eyes and skin need moderate exposure of ultraviolet B radiation from the sun.
* Try sunbathing at least 3 times per week, and each time should last 20 to 30 minutes. Men should wear shorts when sunbathing. Women should wear a sports bra and shorts when sunbathing. Sunbathe in a safe location that has good neighbors nearby and/or easy access to the general public. Stay awake and aware of your surroundings. This is especially important for women.
Correctly perform physical activities. Your physical activities should challenge your aerobic stamina, anaerobic stamina, and anaerobic power. If you feel pain (especially sharp pain) when doing a physical activity, then you are doing it incorrectly, which will result in injuries. Avoid injuries; they are very counterproductive. Focus on functional strength, not aesthetic strength. Train your speed, balance, and agility. Develop the correct physical techniques to properly lift heavy objects, perform manual labor, and/or play sports. Train both sides of your body. Try to be ambidextrous.
