2020 April 3 Fri: Peter Antevy (a medical doctor in Florida) used Twitter to reveal how he possibly got COVID-19 way back in the first week of January. He got a bad flu at that time, eventually recovered, and, many weeks later, he tested positive for COVID-19. Other Twitter users made similar claims. In late April, Michael Melham (the mayor of Belleville, New Jersery) tested positive for COVID-19 antibodies, and he said he was possibly sickened by COVID-19 in 2019 November.
According to the US CDC (Centers for Disease Control), the first COVID-19 infection in the USA was January 21. In 2020 early May, US news revealed that Santa Clara County, California had 2 deaths related to COVID-19 on Feb 6 & 17, which probably meant these 2 people were infected at least a few days before their deaths.
There was the possibility that Peter Antevy was infected by the regular flu, fully healed, then got a COVID-19 infection with zero to very minimal symptoms, and then he tested positive for COVID-19. There was the possibility that he used an inaccurate COVID-19 test. However, maybe he was right in that the COVID-19 coronavirus was circulating around the world way before China first identified it. According to international data, many people around the world were infected by COVID-19, even though they had zero to very minimal direct contact with China or Chinese people.
However, the Trump administration insisted COVID-19 definitely or probably originated from China by means of unsafe handling of livestock and/or wildlife, and/or lousy standards in China’s biotechnology research laboratories, but the Trump administration provided zero tangible evidence or provided unreliable proof based on jumping to conclusions, rumors, placing data out-of-context, confusing correlation with causation, etc.
Trump also continued to blame the Democrat Party and WHO for stopping and/or delaying his travel ban against China in early February, and he also ridiculed Nancy Pelosi for telling Americans to visit Chinatowns. In reality, Trump’s travel ban was simplistic and unrealistic due to various factors. Starting around mid-January, the US CDC started to screen travelers from China, and China also began its nation-wide quarantine, which blocked nonessential international travel. Lots of foreigners inside China fled China during this time. Trump also allowed American students, workers, and tourists to travel from China and return to America. These American travelers could have been infected with COVID-19, and later research indicated some were infected. Trump also allowed many American travelers and foreigners from Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America to travel into America. All of these travelers could have been infected with COVID-19, and later research indicated some were infected. Trump also failed to understand that America’s COVID-19 infections mostly affected Hispanics and blacks, and only a small minority of infections included whites or Asians.
By 2020 early May, the EU had a lot more data on the origins and spread of COVID-19 within the EU and elsewhere. According to this data, various parts of the EU were probably infected with COVID-19 starting in late 2019 December or earlier. In other words, Trump’s sloppy quarantine initiated in early February did NOT stop infected people from travelling between the EU and US during December to January and so on.
Before Trump’s travel ban against China, many other nations placed travel restrictions or bans against China. However, these multinational policies failed to stop the international spread COVID-19, because all of these travel restrictions and bans permitted many non-China citizens to travel from China to other nations, and between these other nations.
News on 2020 April 5 Sun from CNN’s channel on Youtube: “Fact-checking Trump's claims on national stockpile of medical supplies” (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vf6BFUrwSV8). As expected, CNN (i.e., Cartoon News Network) did a twisted job with its reporting of cherry-picked partial truths mixed with facts. CNN admitted that Obama did NOT fully restock America's medical supplies after the 2009 H1N1 pandemic, but CNN still shifted all the blame to Trump. Then CNN tried to blame China's manufacturers and China's COVID-19 epidemic for why China did not resupply America's medical supplies, even though:
(a) ~9 years passed between the 2009 pandemic and the 2019 pandemic --- that was a lot of time for Obama and Trump to resupply.
(b) Trump threatened a trade war against China during his 2016 presidential campaign and started a trade war against China during his presidency. Trump used tariffs to decrease trade between the US and China. Trump also tried, but failed to persuade the international community to end or decrease trade with China.
(c) During 2020 March, Trump rejected medical aid from China, even though China provided lots of medical aid to many nations around the globe.
(d) Zionist Western governments and media greatly exaggerated defects in China's medical aid, because they were insecure about their own incompetence and jealous of China's positive image.
Throughout March and April, the United States’ and European Union’s governments and mainstream news repeatedly reported that China was internationally donating and selling inaccurate tests for COVID-19 and PPE (personal protection equipment) that was defective, unreliable, and/or of low quality. At the same time, the US and EU told its citizens and immigrants conflicting recommendations on whether or not people should wear face masks (e.g., face masks do not actually work vs face masks significantly decrease infection rates); permitted people to make their own face masks and other PPE from trash bags, bandannas, scarfs, handkerchiefs, old clothes, plastic containers for fresh water and other foods, and whatever makeshift supplies; and provided inadequate supplies of PPE to medical workers and scientists, which resulted in complaints and protests by medical workers and scientists. Many of these complainers and protesters were suppressed by their employers and/or the police (e.g., threat of job loss, actual job loss, forceful expulsion from protest site, and/or arrest). The US also complained about China not exporting enough medical supplies into the US.
Regarding accurate tests for an infection, this was actually very hard to achieve, especially over the long-term and for many people living around the planet. Any single biochemical test was only designed to interact with and highlight a certain chemical or a limited collection of chemicals. A virus, bacteria, fungus, or algae could and do adapt or evolve over time, especially when it was exposed to diverse hosts and environments worldwide. The same could be said about drugs in the form of pills, antibiotics, vaccines, anti-fungal agents, anti-viral applications, and so forth. In other words, a highly accurate infection test needed to be constantly updated with its ever-changing virus or microbe. This was why new flu vaccines were offered every year, because, every year, different types of flu viruses became prominent.
To add to the complexity of biochemical tests, some tests were more accurate, and other tests were less accurate. There was no such thing as a 100% accurate test for any situation at any time. The test could only identity one, a few, or most traits, but not all of the traits, especially over time and across a large population. The test could be partially or completely damaged and/or contaminated by incorrect design, production, storage, transportation, collection of test samples, execution of test procedure, and analysis of test results. These were major reasons for why America’s CDC and associated medical centers assumed any flu and pneumonia could be caused by COVID-19, and why America constantly struggled to perform enough tests for COVID-19. Even the EU (European Union) struggled with providing an adequate quantity of highly accurate tests for COVID-19.
Some slaughterhouses, factories, and hospitals across America had workers who complained about the inadequate supply of PPE plus disinfectants, and substandard sanitation techniques. Their complaints were mostly ignored, and many of these complaining workers were fired or laid-off. Thus, these facilities had higher rates of COVID-19 infections. Later news claimed the slaughterhouse managers actually gambled on which worker or how many workers would become sick with COVID-19. President Trump used his emergency powers to keep these businesses open and to protect them from lawsuits related to COVID-19 infections spreading among their workers.
During America’s COVID-19 epidemic, various farms throughout the nation had to dump their vegetables plus fruits as fertilizer, spill their milk, and decrease their livestock populations. While this happened, food banks across the country struggled to feed America’s poor people and many other people who lost their jobs due to the quarantine canceling economic activity. This agricultural waste was due to various factors: (1) many restaurants were closed by the quarantine, thus, these restaurants stopped purchasing agriculture produce, (2) farms and their transportation networks did not know how to switch their customers from restaurants to grocery stores and food banks, (3) the US government at town to city to state to federal levels failed to properly manage America’s farms and the farms’ transportation networks, etc. In other words, lousy allocation of farms’ produce and transportation resulted in wasted surpluses in some areas and unnecessary shortages in other areas.
According to various reports from diverse sources, China exported many billions of units of PPE around the world, but the Zionist West’s mainstream media focused on a tiny percentage of substandard PPE. For example, if China exported 1 billion units of PPE to a nation, and 1 million units of PPE were substandard, then that was a failure rate of 0.1%, which was extremely low. However, the Zionist West’s mainstream media mostly reported about and highlighted the 1 million units of substandard PPE without putting the situation in complete context.
Like many other nations worldwide, the US and EU also promoted social distancing, which meant people should stay in their homes whenever possible, people should leave their homes only for essential purposes (e.g., buying groceries), and, when people leave their homes, each person should wear a mask and be at least 6 feet away from another person. After returning home, a person should wash his/her hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. However, social distancing was very inconsistently applied/enforced throughout the US and EU. Some areas had stricter rules for social distancing, and other areas had looser rules or no rules for social distancing. Some people followed the rules, and other people disobeyed the rules.
As of 2020 April 30 Thu, most areas in the US and EU did NOT have contact tracing. The few areas that did use contact tracing had inconsistent usage of contact tracing.
Other US mainstream news sources also blamed Trump for sending too much medical aid to China during March, but China’s government claimed the US greatly exaggerated its aid for China. The US had a long history of exaggerating its foreign aid (e.g., hurricane-devastated areas in Puerto Rico & Haiti). During early April, the Trump administration also blamed China for hoarding medical supplies or not sending enough medical supplies to the US. News from international sources claimed the US government was using bribery, paying much higher prices, insisting upon higher priority emergencies, and exploiting fraud to steal or intercept shipments of medical masks from other nations (including medical masks made in China), while the US government and corporations donated and sold medical masks to other nations, and Israel was definitely a recipient nation.
On 2020 April 6 Mon, during a White House press event, Trump recommended certain drugs to treat COVID-19, but medical doctors and scientists said the drug recommendations were not proven by science, and the recommended drugs’ healing effects and side-effects on COVID-19 need more scientific research, more trials, and more analyses. Trump justified his medical advice by stating: “I’m not a doctor but I have common sense.” On a CNN interview, Peter Navarro claimed he was a social scientist who understood statistics in biochemistry/medicine, law, economics, or whatever he wanted. Then Navarro should know that statistics was heavily based on cherry-picked partial truths mixed with lies, hence, the funny truism that went something like 53.7% of statistical data were unrealistic or falsified. In truth, Trump, Navarro, and other White House members had a lifetime history of ruining businesses, falsifying achievements, boasting of unrealistic solutions, failed marriages, and blaming others.
Donald Trump and Peter Navarro did not understand the big difference between jumping-to-conclusions vs carefully accurate research. Tweedledum Trump and Tweedledee Peter were too proudly stupid to understand that (a) correlation did not equal causation, (b) short-term to long-term side-effects of medication, (c1) treatment and dosage depended on each person's unique circumstance, (c2) treatment and dosage based on larger sample sizes, (d) placebo effect, (e) possibility of other unknown means-of-healing that were incorrectly credited to a certain treatment, etc. That was why medical doctors, medical scientists, and patients should handle drug recommendations.
Also on 2020 April 6 Mon: China began to ease quarantine rules for the entire nation, because infection rates decreased a lot.
2020 April 7 Tue: The Trump Administration threatened to decrease or totally cancel US financial support to the WHO (World Health Organization), because the WHO had been supportive of China’s quarantine and other solutions against COVID-19. In regard to national contributions, the USA had been by far the biggest financial supporter of the WHO, then China, and then Japan. As a collection of nations, the EU was more-or-less tied with the USA. However, financial contributions by very wealthy individuals and private organizations represented the large majority of the WHO’s funds, but this donation data was not completely and publicly available. Once again, Trump overestimated the effectiveness of threats, hypocritical insults, and bribery.
2020 April 9 Thu: According to internal sources from the CDC and FDA, the federal government under President Trump totally failed to coordinate nation-wide public and private laboratories or research centers to confirm infections of and treat COVID-19. In addition, government regulations regarding COVID-19 and medical research in general were confusing and bureaucratic for lots of research centers.
According to reports across the USA, the COVID-19 quarantine resulted in large increases of (a) burglaries against closed businesses and (b) domestic violence, but also large decreases of assaults, rape, murders, and vehicular accidents. Similar reports were found in other nations.
By 2020 April 22 Wed, the CDC reported a big increase in poisonings from the incorrect usage of household cleaning chemicals.
I’m guessing automobile accidents also decreased a lot, but auto-insurance companies did not give large discounts. The same could be said about home burglaries. The quarantine probably decreased overall rates of work-place accidents and common infections (typical cold, flu, and pneumonia). According to international reports by professional journalists and social media websites, the quarantine greatly decreased pollution in India, China, and many other nations. For example, before the COVID-19 quarantine, many Indian commoners could not see the Himalayan mountaintops from a distance, because India was the most polluted nation (according to some studies). During the quarantine, Indian commoners now enjoyed clear skies revealing the majestic Himalayan mountains from top to bottom.
While the entire Zionist Western mainstream media freaked out over COVID-19, scared the herds of commoners into compliance, and assisted the oligarchy seizing control over more wealth and power, here were some interesting data about infections and deaths.
In the year 2017 inside the USA, the CDC (Centers for Disease Control & Prevention) claimed the following statistics (source: https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/fastats/deaths.htm):
* 2,813,503 people died of any cause.
* 863.8 deaths per 100,000 population
* The leading causes of death per year were:
** Heart disease: 647,457
** Cancer: 599,108
** Accidents (unintentional injuries): 169,936
** Chronic lower respiratory diseases: 160,201
** Stroke (cerebrovascular diseases): 146,383
** Alzheimer’s disease: 121,404
** Diabetes: 83,564
** Influenza and Pneumonia: 55,672
** Nephritis, nephrotic syndrome and nephrosis: 50,633
** Intentional self-harm (suicide): 47,173
* People who were under 1 year old or over 54 years old had significantly higher death rates than people between the ages of 1 to 54.
* Keep in mind that some deaths were based on confirmed or thorough analysis of the corpse & its medical history, and other deaths were based on incomplete analysis (i.e., estimated causes of death). In other words, this fatality data had significant room for error.
* In addition, during the COVID-19 pandemic (which had its very start in 2019 Dec), the CDC and Wikipedia decreased past years’ casualties for typical flu, common pneumonia, and the 2009 H1N1 pandemic. In other words, the CDC and Wikipedia revised history to make COVID-19 appear a lot more threatening, which meant the CDC and Wikipedia were contaminating authentic science with political pseudo-science.
* In 2017 December 14, the WHO claimed, “Up to 650 000 deaths annually are associated with respiratory diseases from seasonal influenza, according to new estimates by the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (US-CDC), the World Health Organization and global health partners. . . . According to US-CDC, most deaths occur among people aged over 75 years, and in the world’s poorest regions. Sub-Saharan Africa accounts for the world’s greatest flu mortality risk, followed closely by the Eastern Mediterranean and Southeast Asia.” (source: https://www.who.int/news-room/detail/14-12-2017-up-to-650-000-people-die-of-respiratory-diseases-linked-to-seasonal-flu-each-year). If you add in deaths related to the common cold or pneumonia, then the deaths caused by respiratory infections increased a lot higher.
According to international data in the year 2017, nearly 150,000 people died per day around the world, and these factors were the biggest causes of deaths worldwide:
* Cardiovascular clogs (nearly 49,000 daily deaths)
* Cancer (over 26,000 daily deaths)
* Upper and lower respiratory diseases (respectively, nearly 11,000 and over 7,000 daily deaths)
* Dementia (nearly 7,000 daily deaths)
* Digestive diseases & diarrheal illnesses (respectively, over 6,500 and over 4,000 daily deaths)
* Neonatal disorders (nearly 4,900 daily deaths)
* Diabetes (over 3,700 daily deaths)
* Liver diseases (over 3,600 daily deaths)
* Vehicular injuries (over 3,400 daily deaths)
* Kidney diseases (nearly 3,400 daily deaths)
* Tuberculosis (over 3,200 daily deaths)
* HIV or AIDs (over 2,600 daily deaths)
Keep in mind that lots of poor communities around the world (especially in black Africa, Latin America, South Asia, and Southeast Asia) did NOT have accurate and thorough data on their own death rates and causes-of-death.
For 2019 December to 2020 May, COVID-19 had over 2,000 to less than 8,000 daily deaths depending on the time period (e.g., beginning period, peak period, and declining period).
What was interesting was how the USA and western Europe had, by far, the highest rates of COVID-19 infections and deaths. This could be a matter of incorrect reporting. As of 2020 April 12 Sun, the WHO (World Health Organization) made these claims about COVID-19:
* Europe had just under 870,000 infections.
* The USA had over 461,000 infections.
* The entire world had 1,614,239 infections. The large majority of infections existed in western Europe and the USA, even though the large majority of the world’s population existed outside of western Europe and the USA.
According to this CDC website (https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/nvss/vsrr/COVID19/index.htm), the US medical system had assumed that any flu or pneumonia could be COVID-19: “Pneumonia and influenza deaths are included to provide context for understanding the completeness of COVID-19 mortality data and related trends. Deaths due to COVID-19 may be misclassified as pneumonia or influenza deaths in the absence of positive test results, and pneumonia or influenza may appear on death certificates as a comorbid condition. Additionally, COVID-19 symptoms can be similar to influenza-like illness, thus deaths may be misclassified as influenza. Thus, increases in pneumonia and influenza deaths may be an indicator of excess COVID-19-related mortality.” Western Europe probably made similar assumptions, thus, COVID-19 infections and deaths were probably exaggerated, but regular flu and pneumonia were understated or misreported as COVID-19.
In addition, data about COVID-19 prognosis from various nations (China, Italy, USA, etc) indicated COVID-19 mostly killed older people and a few younger people with preconditions or some type of rare vulnerability to COVID-19 (e.g., genetics). Everyone else had a very high probability of surviving COVID-19 with zero symptoms, mild symptoms that completely healed especially with rest plus a healthy diet, and major symptoms that would fully heal with medical care.
On 2020 April 21 Tue, more news was released about COVID-19 in homeless populations. At Baltimore, Maryland, 30 homeless people tested positive for COVID-19, and only 1 displayed symptoms. At Boston, Massachusetts, 146 homeless people tested positive for COVID-19, and all of them were asymptomatic. There were many other international studies indicating at least a large minority of COVID-19 infections were asymptomatic, which means COVID-19 was more infectious, but less deadly than official numbers. There was the possibility that tests for COVID-19 were inaccurate, thus, the tests could either give too many false positives or false negatives.
2020 April 9 Thu: The US government’s CDC, state health agencies, and city health departments released more data about racial differences with COVID-19 infections and deaths. Generally speaking across the entire nation: Hispanics had the worst infection and death rates, black people had slightly lower infection and death rates than Hispanics had, white people had a lot lower infection and death rates than blacks have, and Asians’ infection and death rates were slightly lower than whites’.
Various news reports also said Native Americans at some reservations also had higher COVID-19 infection and death rates, but the US government was slow to provide medical services and equipment. After ~5 centuries of slavery, genocidal wars & epidemics, self-righteous slander, false free markets of robbery & thievery, and hypocritical oppression committed by western Europe’s various colonial empires against Native Americans, the modern US government kept most Native Americans on infertile lands (i.e., Indian reservations) with minimal reparations, thus, Native Americans had limited access to farm water, clean running water, healthy nutrition, practical education, independent access to global trade, and other important components of civilization. This poor lifestyle was the main reason for why Native Americans suffered much higher rates of COVID-19 infections and deaths.
The US mainstream media and various government divisions blamed this racial disparity on the excessive consumption of alcohol, drugs, and tobacco, plus on systemic racial injustice in America’s hospitals, medical insurance companies, industrial zones near homes, and so forth. There were lots of evidence for these claims, but this was not the complete story.
However, the US establishment totally failed to blame the glamorization of junk food (i.e., processed foods with excess calories plus too many synthetic ingredients and poor nutritional balance) by many fast food restaurants (e.g., McDonald’s, Burger King, Taco Bell, Arby’s, Pizza Hut, Domino’s Pizza, Baskin Robbins, Dunkin’ Donuts, Krispy Kreme, KFC, Starbucks, Carl’s Jr, and Jack in the Box) and many food production companies (e.g., Coca-Cola; PepsiCo (of Pepsi-Cola, Frito-Lay, Gatorade, etc); Mars, Inc (many candy types); Ben & Jerry’s; General Mills Inc; Conagra Brands; Pinnacle Foods; Bellisio Foods; and NORPAC Foods). Dumber people were more vulnerable to marketing lies, commercial agitprop, sales hype, press relations propaganda, and unreliable government regulations. Thus, Hispanics and blacks also had higher rates of excessively consuming junk food and suffering the side-effects of being overweight (i.e., possessing excessive body fat), having more cardiovascular problems, suffering from diabetes, weaker immune systems, etc. This also meant they were more susceptible to COVID-19 infections and deaths.
Another problem was that America’s health-care was the most expensive in the world, but America’s health-care provided mediocre overall results. Stated differently, America’s health-care system favored people with more wealth and/or social connections, and it disfavored people with less wealth and/or social connections. Hispanics and black people generally had less wealth, thus, they struggled the most to afford health-care. Hispanics communities had many illegal immigrants who were afraid to work with the US government and hospitals to deal with their health problems, thus, these illegal immigrants did not seek proper treatment against COVID-19 infections. Hispanics tended to work in jobs where social distancing, healthy hygiene, and/or clean sanitation were difficult, such as factories, slaughterhouses, farms, restaurants, yard work, construction, and trash management. Hispanics were more likely to live in homes with a larger concentration of relatives, friends, and tenants.
Reckless behavior could also lead to higher rates of infections and other problems. According to some reports, black people and Hispanics were more likely to violate recommendations or rules on wearing masks, social distancing, and washing hands with soap and water. On 2020 April 10 Fri in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: A brief video showed police officers (mostly white) picking up and pulling a black guy to force him off a SEPTA bus, because the black guy did not wear a face mask in a crowded situation and refused to do so. The black guy also refused to follow the police officers’ verbal and physical instructions. For the purpose of minimizing COVID-19 infections, Philadelphia’s city government recently created a law requiring a passenger to wear a face mask inside its public transportation system. Due to this alleged police brutality against the black guy, the city changed its law to permit passengers to NOT wear face masks inside public transportation. In other words, the entire city lowered its hygiene and sanitation standard during a pandemic to appeal to the irresponsible, impulsive ego of a black guy.
New York also had a story where Jews were allowed to hold at least 2 funerals with huge and very dense crowds of attendees. Gentiles who publicly criticized this were accused of anti-Semitism, bigotry, racism, ignorance, and other hypocritical, slanderous accusations. Even Zionist Israel’s Judaic government had major problems with persuading many Israeli Jews to follow quarantine regulations. New York had so many dead people from COVID-19, that its funeral homes and hospitals struggled to manage all of the corpses. The relatives and friends who could not afford proper burials for their loved ones were left to allow these corpses to undergo mass burials with zero to minimal funeral attendees. Due to the need to minimize infections, many other corpses had to be buried with zero to minimal funeral attendees, even if these corpses had relatives and friends who could afford a proper burial.
2020 May 1 Fri at Flint, Michigan: A security guard (Calvin Munerlyn, 43 years old, black guy) for a Family Dollar store was shot dead in the head by a family of 1 father Larry Edward Teague, Jr, 44 years old, black guy), 1 son (Ramonyea Travon Bishop, 23 years old, black guy), and 1 mother (Sharmel Lashe Teague, 45 years old, black woman). Before the fatal shooting, the mother and her daughter tried to enter the store, but the mother wore a face mask and the daughter did not. Thus, the security guard refused to allow the daughter to enter the store. A dispute occurred in which the mother yelled and spat at the security guard. The security guard told the mother she had to leave ASAP. The mother and daughter left the store. About 20 minutes later, the mother returned with her husband and son, and the 3 of them murdered the security guard. The mother was soon captured by the police. The father and son were able to hide from law enforcement.
Similar stories like the aforementioned ones had occurred in other parts of America. However, the Zionist US empire’s mainstream media refused to connect the dots. Once again, the Zionist liberals self-righteously coddled black people and Jews, and this double-standard put everyone else at a disadvantage.
2020 April 13 Mon: Trump in the White (trash) House continued to squabble with governors and tell conflicting statements that also violated the US Constitution. On this day, Trump tweeted: “For the purpose of creating conflict and confusion, some in the Fake News Media are saying that it is the Governors decision to open up the states, not that of the President of the United States & the Federal Government. Let it be fully understood that this is incorrect….”
Also on Monday, Trump had a White House press conference, and he talked about quarantines and travel restrictions for America’s 50 states (& foreign territories): “The president of the United States has the authority to do what the president has the authority to do which is very powerful. The president of the United States calls the shots. . . . They [state governments] can’t do anything without the approval of the president of the United States.” Throughout his presidency, Trump repeatedly claimed his presidential powers were unrestricted or supreme over any authority.
However, previously, on 2020 April 3 Fri: Trump held a White House press conference, where he stated: “I would leave it [the quarantine & travel restrictions for each state] to the governors. I like uh I like that from the standpoint of governing, and I like that from the standpoint of even our Constitution.”
In addition, the US Constitution’s 9th and 10th Amendments basically stated the Constitution should be interpreted as a limitation of federal powers, and unspecified rights/responsibilities were given to the state or people. In other words, Trump was wrong about presidential powers. Due to the US Constitution, the USA always had division of powers/responsibilities between the 3 branches of the federal government (executive, legislative, and judicial) and between the federal government and state governments.
2020 April 17 Fri to 19 Sat: The Trump presidency continued to bicker and squabble with state governors on dealing with various aspects of the COVID-19 quarantine. Trump repeatedly wanted to end the quarantine and restart the economy ASAP, but governors insisted on prolonging the quarantine, because the COVID-19 infection and death rates did not slow down enough.
By means of White House staff meetings, press events, Twitter, and other public meetings, Trump constantly gave conflicting statements on who controls America’s COVID-19 epidemic. Sometimes Trump said the state governors were primarily responsible for his/her own state’s quarantines, medical testing, procurement of medical supplies, and medical treatment. Other times Trump said he, the president, was the supreme authority about these subjects, thus, he had the final say about dealing with COVID-19. In reality, the US Constitution wrote about the President’s powers and limits, but Trump continuously failed to understand or appreciate this.
Trump’s inconsistent behavior was due to his narcissism and impulsive egomania. Trump tried to have it both ways: taking credit for the quarantine when it decreased infection and death rates, shifting the blame to governors when the quarantine caused economic declines, and shifting the blame to China and the WHO (World Health Organization) when the quarantine did not work as well as intended. The same could be said about any other situation’s pros and cons. Because Trump was seeking reelection, his self-promotions and slanders were especially aimed towards voters in Minnesota, Michigan, and Virginia --- all 3 states that could swing towards the Democrat Party or Republican Party for the 2020 4th quarter elections.
On 2020 April 14 Tue: Trump declared the USA would halt its funding of the WHO (World Health Organization). Trump said the US contributed $400 to $500 million per year to the WHO, but China only contributed $40 million per year. Trump accused the WHO of being (a) too supportive of China’s methods to contain COVID-19, and (b) too critical of the Trump presidency’s handling of COVID-19. Thus, the US would stop financially supporting the WHO. In other words, the spoiled-rotten brat named Trump said something like if you don’t allow me to win, then I’m taking the ball home.
On 2020 April 23 Thu, the US government and corporations asked its factories in Mexico and the Mexican government to resume Mexico’s production of weapons for the US military. The US government and corporations have depended a lot on cheap labor and cheap natural resources from Mexico and many other nations around the world. Mexico did not designate its military factories as essential, thus, most of Mexico’s military production was closed down to minimize the spread of COVID-19. Some of Mexico’s military factories were still active, but some workers complained and protested about the lack of safety standards and tools against COVID-19, which, according to the Zionist US empire and its Euro-peon vassals, was an extremely dangerous virus.
In other words: The Zionist US empire had spoken! Mexican peons must sacrifice their own safety for the glory of the empire's nonstop proxy wars for more petrodollar scams and great expansion project of apartheid "Isn't-Real the Is-Real-Hell". Be very afraid of COVID-19, which definitely came from the inhumane regime of China, but Mexican peons must risk infection so the empire of ultimate human rights could continue to threaten and attack independent nations for cheap resources and cheap labor.
On 2020 April 22 Wed, the White House’s Attorney General William Barr threatened legal action against states with strict quarantines, and he compared a strict quarantine to “house arrest.” So far, the entire United States lacked a nation-wide policy of efficiently managing the quarantine (e.g., allocation of national resources and personnel to areas of greater need, contact tracing for the whole nation, and national support of business-to-customer delivery systems).
Due to Trump’s reckless promotion of hydroxychloroquine, prescriptions for that drug increased by many factors. With more scientific data from the US, EU, China, and other nations, medical doctors and scientists concluded hydroxychloroquine was NOT an effective drug for COVID-19 patients, but the drug had side effects that could damage internal organs and lead to higher injury or death rates. Yesterday (Tues), when asked about this, Trump insisted this conclusion about hydroxychloroquine was based on unreliable data, and he still recommended hydroxychloroquine.
The Trump administration also sidelined and demoted Dr. Rick Bright, a highly experienced vaccine doctor, because Dr. Rick Bright refuted Trump’s claim that hydroxychloroquine was an effective drug for COVID-19 patients. Dr. Rick Bright started to file whistleblower complaints against the Trump presidency. Trump claimed he did not know about Dr. Rick Bright, but Bright was probably a disgruntled worker seeking revenge and/or a Democrat operative trying to sabotage the Trump presidency.
Trump also continued to bicker with the CDC and its director, Dr. Robert Redfield (virologist). Dr. Robert Redfield said COVID-19 could return during the 2020 fall to winter seasons, but Trump denied this possibility. Previously, starting in late February, Dr. Nancy Messonier (another CDC director) warned about the spread of COVID-19 across America, and Trump threatened to remove her if she maintained her pessimistic outlook of COVID-19. Trump wanted to re-open the economy ASAP.
2020 early May: News broke out that Trump was demoting or laying off federal workers who complained about shortages in PPE (personal protection equipment) and other medical supplies. Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner created a team of inexperienced people to facilitate the production and allocation of medical supplies, but Kushner’s team was mostly a failure (as expected), because they did not understand medical standards, medical production companies, shipping networks, government regulations, and other relevant information. In reality, Jared Kushner spent at least dozens of millions of dollars on sub-standard medical suppliers (who were allies, friends, partners, and acquaintances of Trump and the Republican Party), and spent lots of time dishonestly promoting himself and the Trump presidency on Fox News and other media outlets that supported the Republican Party. Across America, federal agencies, state governments, city governments, and hospitals complained about medical suppliers that were based in America, failed to fulfill large orders for medical supplies, and jacked-up prices for medical supplies. Some of these medical suppliers were recommended by the Republican Party.
On 2020 April 23 Thu afternoon, Trump held another White House press conference. Bill Bryan (from the Department of Homeland Security) gave a presentation about the COVID-19 virus: It survived well in an indoor, dry environment, and the virus had decent survival rates in saliva. The virus struggled to survive in a hot environment with or without humidity (which was why the body used a fever to fight off the flu). However, the virus could be killed by 2 minutes of summer/intense sunlight’s ultraviolet radiation, or a duration of exposure to disinfectants like bleach or isopropyl alcohol (i.e., isopropanol). The duration depended on the concentration of the bleach or alcohol.
After Bill Bryan’s presentation, Trump talked about killing the COVID-19 infection by exposing the body’s internal parts to sunlight, and injecting bleach and/or isopropanol into the body: “So supposing we hit the body with a tremendous uh whether it’s ultraviolet or if it’s just very powerful light, and I think you said that hasn’t been checked, but you’re gonna test it, and then I said supposing you brought the light inside the body, which you can do either through the skin or ahh in some other way, and I think you said you said your gonna test that, too? Sounds interesting. [Brief reply by Bill Bryan.] Right, and I see the disinfectant, which knocks it out in a minute, 1 minute, and is there a way we could do something like that uhh by injection inside or or almost a cleaning, cuz you see it gets inside the lungs and does a tremendous number inside the lung, so it would be interesting to check so that you’re gonna have to use medical doctors with, but it sounds it sounds interesting to me, so we’ll see, but the whole concept of the light the way it kills it in 1 minute, that’s uhh that’s pretty powerful.” [While Trump’s spoken words revealed his total lack of basic knowledge, he repeatedly turned to Bill Bryan and Dr. Deborah Birx for approval or more information.]
After Trump was criticized by many people for his hypotheses about using sunlight and cleaning chemicals as internal medication, Trump insisted he was being sarcastic toward reporters asking annoying questions. Professional journalists asked Trump if his alleged sarcasm was appropriate for a serious discussion about and during the COVID-19 pandemic, but Trump refused to give a straight answer, gave no replies, and provided crooked excuses. During the next day’s White House press conference, the Trump team (with a special attendance by VP Pence) abruptly ended the event and refused to answer any questions from professional journalists.
On the Internet’s various message boards, forums, and social media, Trump’s supporters made various excuses for Trump’s dangerously stupid hypotheses: Trump never actually said those things, Trump was repeating stupid ideas made by his dumb subordinates, Trump read notes sabotaged by his backstabbing deep-state subordinates, the deep-state CIA somehow tricked Trump into saying that during a private meeting before the press conference, Trump was taken out of context, Trump really meant external application of sunlight and disinfectants, Trump was fooled by tricky questions asked by unprofessional journalists, Trump made a minor mistake and nobody is perfect, Obama was worse, Joe Biden was/is/will be worse, Hillary Clinton would have been worse, Nancy Pelosi told Americans to eat too much ice cream, the Democrat Party’s witch-hunt against Trump and his subordinates was much worse, what Trump said was not a big deal cuz chemotherapy was like sunlight exposure and/or disinfectant injection, Trump obviously meant the injection of extremely diluted bleach and/or isopropanol, Trump wanted medical doctors to use super-advanced technology (e.g., nanobots) to safely administer sunlight and disinfectant into the human body’s infected areas, etc.
After Trump talked about his incredibly stupid hypotheses, poison control centers across America had a spike in calls about the safety or dangers of ingesting disinfectants.
Trump's epic stupidity and flagrant dishonesty were more stunning victories for dumb-mock-crazy's (relative) majority tyranny. Keep in mind the president was voted for by the electoral college, which was supposed to represent the better, smarter, wiser, and/or more honorable voters. America's super expensive and highly bureaucratic election process was supposed to weed out the inferior candidates and only permit the cream-of-the-crop to rise to the top. In reality, America's election had been a kakistocracy, and America's corporations were neo-feudal fiefdoms.
2020 April 30 Thu: The US mainstream media had been comparing COVID-19 casualties to the Vietnam War casualties, which was ridiculously stupid and a trick to create more hysteria about COVID-19, which justified more control over society by the Zionist US empire and its Euro-peon vassals.
According to the US government's official data about the Vietnam War, no more than 2.8 million US soldiers were involved with the Vietnam war, ~58,000 died, and ~150,000 were significantly injured. That was a death rate of ~2% and a significant injury rate of over 5%. The Vietnam War also injured and killed millions of people from Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, US allies (South Korea, Australia, etc), Russia, and China. The number of bombs the US dropped during the Vietnam War was multiple times bigger than the number of bombs the US dropped during all of World War 2. Keep in mind the surface area of the Vietnam War battlefield was a tiny fraction of the surface area of World War 2 battlefield.
As of this day (April 30), America's COVID-19 deaths numbered ~62,000 out of a national population of 320 million people, which was a death rate of 0.0002%.
Every year for the past many years, more-or-less 2.6 million Americans died of various causes, and this was from a national population of ~320 million people.
The international community needed to be cautious about COVID-19, because it was a new type of coronavirus, which made it more unpredictable, but, a few months later, the world now had a lot more data from around the world. This data showed COVID-19 to be a bad flu, not a Biblical plague of mythic apocalypse.
Donald Trump and Jared Kushner also told more big fat lies. Jared Kushner said the Trump presidency’s handling of COVID-19 epidemic was a “great success story,” “exceed those goals” on testing for COVID-19, etc. As expected, Trump told various lies about his past, present, and future achievements over the COVID-19 epidemic. Regarding the fatal tragedies from COVID-19, Trump claimed, “I don’t think anybody can feel any worse than I do about all of the death and destruction that’s so needless --- nobody --- but I also have to make sure that we handle the situation well, uh, nobody thinks about it more, nobody, uh, nobody has spent more time late in the evening thinking about what’s happening to this country in a short period of time, but at the same time we have to get our country open again, and we’re doing that step by step. . . . ”
Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, the Trump presidency incorrectly and repeatedly boasted of having the world’s best medical tests for any person who might be infected by COVID-19. In truth, an inadequacy of accurate biochemical testing for a large population would be a major problem for a long time, because accurate biochemical tests were complex (e.g., the novel coronavirus adapts & evolves over time, and it is closely related to other viruses), required lots of time, and cost more money for today's biotechnology. America had a growing population of ~320 million people. A person needed testing at a regular rate to detect, contain, and treat an infection as-soon-as-possible. America was extremely far from testing 320 million people at least once per day.
A vastly more efficient solution was to use highly convenient fever tests or temperature tests for most situations, because the vast majority of people were not infected. If a person's temperature was abnormally high, then the person should be isolated, undergo sophisticated tests (e.g., more accurate biochemical tests), and be provided medical treatment. This was what China did, which was a key reason for why China recovered from the COVID-19 epidemic at a historically fast rate. America had backward standards for efficiency, allocation of resources and personnel to areas of greater need, filtering out less important details, focusing on the more important details, and prioritizing problems and solutions. Instead, the US corporate-government oligarchy tried to convert every major project into a very expensive, profiteering and overrated product/service.
For mass usage in public locations (e.g., entrances to stores, factories, public parks, hospitals, and government offices), China used non-contact, infrared thermometers in portable hand-held designs and larger, stationery systems. As expected, the mainstream media of the Zionist US empire and its Euro-peon vassals repeatedly released propaganda that these made-in-China, portable thermometers were unreliable. On Amazon.com and other Internet stores, these made-in-China thermometers usually got good reviews. These thermometers did NOT have the highest degree of accuracy, because they are non-contact, but this non-contact design made them much safer, more convenient, and more affordable than regular thermometers that were inserted into a person’s body.
In addition, these non-contact thermometers were a part of China’s multi-tier testing system to detect people with COVID-19. The first tier had tests for mass usage, thus, the first-tier tests were much less accurate, but much more affordable (e.g., non-contact, infrared thermometers plus contact tracing plus mass quarantine). The lower tiers were increasingly more accurate and more expensive. If a person failed the first-tier tests, then the person had to undergo lower-tier tests. This multi-tier testing system efficiently allocated China’s medical capabilities. In other words, the less accurate, more accessible tests were frequently done for people with lower probabilities of infection. The more accurate tests were in shorter supply, thus, they were reserved for people with higher probabilities of infection. The overall result was that China’s system efficiently tested at least a large minority of its people on a regular basis, quickly identified infected people and potentially infected people, and quickly quarantined and treated the sick.
