Anyhow, the Associated Press is suppose to be a world leader of free press and accurate news around the world, but the Associated Press is very similar to the rest of the US mainstream media, which is addicted to propaganda. Here is one rubbish out of the landfill: “At least 45 Pennsylvania teachers quit, citing student violence” (http://www.mcall.com/news/breaking/mc-nws-pa-teachers-quit-citing-student-violence-20171122-story.html). This news article is very brief, and it reports about violence in an elementary school at Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The students are frequently attacking the teachers, thus, at least 45 teachers have resigned.
Here is a more detailed report, but it still leaves out important details: “Harrisburg teachers share horror stories that have prompted dozens of resignations” (http://fox43.com/2017/11/20/harrisburg-teachers-share-horror-stories-that-have-prompted-dozens-of-resignations/). This second report said 3 or 4 schools have a problem with violent students attacking teachers. The school administrators and teachers will not reveal the exact schools with the violent students, identities of violent students (because they are under 18 years old), etc.
Who exactly are these violent students? Heritage or ethnicity? Economic status? Religion or philosophy? Cultural background? Academic achievements? These are important questions that could be easily answered without revealing the exact identities of the students, but the US mainstream media refuses to answer them for the general public. According to Wikipedia (which is a very convenient website that is filled with both accurate and inaccurate data), Harrisburg, Pennsylvania has a year 2010 demographics of 52.4% black, 30.7% white, 18.0% Hispanic, 3.5% Asian, 0.5% Native American, 0.1% Pacific Islander, and 5.2% people of mixed races. If the city has a black majority, then the schools probably have a majority of black students. Dysfunctional schools with large black populations are typical across America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, and elsewhere.
Across America, Europe, Latin America, and the rest of the world, communities with large black populations tend to have lower economic productivity, inferior academic achievements, less scientific progress, simpler artistic expression, higher rates of various social problems (e.g., frequency and severity of crime, broken families, various infections including STDs, and corrupt and/or incompetent community leaders), and superior athletes. These facts have been deemed bigoted, racist, ignorant, and other slanderous accusations by the Zionist liberal Democrat Party, which consists of people who believe in cultural Marxism (e.g., all cultures are very similar to each other and any differences are insignificant), propaganda to discourage misguided vigilantes, self-righteous promotion of blacks and Jews as the ultimate victims who deserve reparations from everyone else, and other modern myths.
If we cannot identity factual problems and features, then we will not be able to test out and develop practical solutions. If we partially recognize factual drawbacks and create mythological failures, then we will develop sub-standard and inefficient solutions. This is why the world has persistent problems with terrorism, drug abuse, proxy wars, pollution and waste, injustice, and multicultural disputes. America (and the rest of the world) clearly needs peaceful and customized solutions for each peculiar individual and unique community. Generally speaking, black communities need access to a lifestyle that is low-tech, low cost, and low consumption with simpler regulations.
However, black communities are not entirely responsible for their social problems. Western and northern Europe’s history of colonialism, foreign slavery, and foreign interventions have created lots of problems throughout Africa and elsewhere. Under Gaddafi’s regime, Libya was the most prosperous nation in Africa. After NATO supported terrorist-rebels in Libya and guided the assassination of the Gaddafi regime, Libya became a failed state of terrorism that exports lots of primitive African immigrants and medieval Middle Eastern immigrants to Italy, Greece, and other parts of Europe. According to some news, the Middle Easterners who control Libya are bringing back black slavery. Thus, black people in France protested against black slaves in Libya: “‘No to slavery in Libya’: Teargas deployed as thousands rally in France” (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1P_fqRmry9E). This unfortunate sequence of events is called blowback.
Eastern Europe generally lacks a history of colonialism, foreign slavery, and foreign interventions, but the empire of the Zionist US kleptocracy wants to expand its imperial standards upon eastern European nations. Hungary’s government is concerned about the US government’s attempts to spread the US media cartel into Hungary: “Foreign ministry summons the US charge d’affaires” (https://thehungaryjournal.wordpress.com/2017/11/14/foreign-ministry-summons-the-us-charge-daffaires/amp/). The US government claims the US media cartel will provide better information for Hungary, but the Hungary government is not run by patsies and gullible suckers. In related news, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, and Czech Republic refuse to accept primitive African immigrants and medieval Middle Eastern immigrants. In other words, these 4 nations are under pressure by the European Nation and the US to give up their cultural autonomy and national sovereignty. At the same time, the US empire hypocritically accuses the Russia government of interfering with US politics.
Here is another recurring disaster that the Zionist liberal Democrat Party and Zionist Christian Republican Party refuse to realistically manage: “Michigan students pass call to probe Israel investments” (https://electronicintifada.net/blogs/nora-barrows-friedman/michigan-students-pass-call-probe-israel-investments). At the University of Michigan, students finally passed a resolution that asked the university to divest from corporations that aid Israel’s apartheid and genocide against Palestine. The problem with this resolution is that the US government, US central banks, and US major corporations are all controlled by Zionist liberal gentiles, Zionist Christians, and Zionist Jews. In at least many parts of America, it is illegal for any organization to boycott Israel. The US corporate-government provides a full range of direct, indirect, and qualitatively superior welfare to Israel.
However, some polls claimed most of the world has a negative perspective about Israel. There is a global movement to boycott, divest, and sanction (BDS) any organization that supports Israel’s crimes against humanity. Israel and its Zionist supporters fanatically insist Israel is a world leader of justice and freedom, thus, Israel has the right to sanction Palestine and wipe out Palestine in order to make room for Israeli expansion: “Entire Bedouin village faced with forced displacement” (http://www.aljazeera.com/news/2017/11/entire-bedouin-village-faced-forced-displacement-171118172811185.html). Palestine refuses to yield to Israel, even though Palestine has been turned into the world’s largest concentration camp by Israel. Palestinians and international humanitarian workers are exposing any organization that publicly and/or secretly assists Israel’s apartheid and genocide against Palestine: “Global medical watchdog complicit with Israeli abuses” (https://electronicintifada.net/content/global-medical-watchdog-complicit-israeli-abuses/22336). The World Medical Association (WMA) and Israeli Medical Association (IMA) help Israelis torture, humiliate, and abuse Palestinians. Both associations claim to promote humane medical standards, but this claim has less to do with the Hippocratic oath and more to do with a hypocrite’s hoax.
Speaking of hoaxes, the political campaigns for Alabama’s federal senate seat keeps getting more absurd: “Roy Moore Still Has Robots On His Side” (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4zT9DsfIsP4). An unknown person is pretending to be a Jewish journalist who works for the Washington Post and who will pay for slanderous accusations about Roy Moore. Roy Moore is the leading candidate for Alabama’s federal senate seat, but he has a history of trying to date teenage girls, managing a fraudulent charity, raising a son who repeatedly broke the law and got away with it, mixing his interpretation of the Christian religion with the law, supporting white supremacists, etc. We’re suppose to believe dumb-mock-crazy elections choose the better or best options for society.
Most of the US mainstream media is against Roy Moore, but at least many people distrust the US mainstream media. The US mainstream media has low credibility, because it has a history of cherry-picking partial truths mixed with lies and claiming to be the world leader of free press and accurate news. The US corporate-government believes it could improve the credibility of the US mainstream media by using “soft” censorship. Google and other US Internet companies will use their search engines and advertisements to promote the US mainstream media and demote alternative news sources such as Russia’s news organizations: “Google will ‘de-rank’ RT articles to make them harder to find” (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8eFJbwHism8). I define “hard” censorship as preventing people from accessing certain data. China’s mainstream media is based on hard censorship, and America’s mainstream media primarily relies upon cherry-picked partial truths mixed with lies. “Soft” censorship is promoting certain data and demoting other data, thus, people are much more likely to access certain data or have an easy time accessing certain data, but people will have a low probability to acquire other data or struggle to find other data.
What is so sinister about Russia Today? Russia Today’s America division interviewed Ali Abunimah, who co-founded the Electronic Intifada, which is a website that reports about Palestine and its brave struggle against the genocidal policies of apartheid Israel: “Declassified 1967 documents a ‘premonition’ of Israel’s treatment of Palestine today ‒ author” (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RaxoBeA-8Jo). Yeah, that’s a big fat no-no under the empire of the Zionist US kleptocracy. Thou shall not criticize Israel, for Israel is God’s Chosen nation of eternally greatest victims who deserve reparations from inferior goyim.
Russia Today is a young news organization with a budget that is a tiny fraction of the US mainstream media (e.g., ABCNNBCBS, Faux News, New York Slimes, Associated Propagandists, Reuters’ rumors, Hollyweirdo, and British Boinking Children), but Russia Today is already gathering a substantial audience. The Internet is filled with social media accounts, blogs, independent news sites, public message boards, archived and live video sites, etc. The US mainstream media is gradually losing its influence through the television and its websites. Thus, some oligarchs of the US corporate-government want to get rid of net neutrality: “What’s net neutrality and why does the FCC want to end it?” (http://www.sandiegouniontribune.com/opinion/the-conversation/sd-what-is-net-neutrality-fcc-20171121-htmlstory.html).
Without net neutrality, the telecommunication cartel will determine which websites you could access at what cost and what download-upload speed. You could pay $20/month to access YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Twitch, Amazon.com, NewEgg.com, Google search engine, Yahoo email, ESPN, Fox News, and CNN. Then pay another $20/month to access Netflix, Hulu, Instagram, LA Times, Washington Post, Washington Times, New York Times, and Skype. Pay $10/month to access Consumer Reports, Steam video games site, IGN.com, GameSpot.com, VGChartz.com, Walmart website, and Target website. Then pay another $10/month to access websites that host blogs. Pay $30/month to access foreign websites. The Internet will be like a less crappy version of the television.
Due to insider deals and revolving doors, the US government allowed a few telecommunication corporations to monopolize the television, the radio, telephone land lines, cell phone towers, and Internet services throughout America. In the spirit of the free market, some Americans tried to create public Internet providers and various Internet companies, but they were stopped by the law. Thus, most Americans only have access to 1 to 2 Internet corporations that offer inferior Internet deals: “Americans are paying more for broadband speed but getting less” (http://www.latimes.com/business/la-fi-lazarus-20151030-column.html). Compared to other nations with large economies, Americans pay more for the Internet, but Americans enjoy slower Internet speeds. America is taking a huge step backward if it cancels net neutrality. I think all nations around the world have some form of net neutrality.
For light-hearted news:
From 2006 to 2012, the Nintendo Wii was a huge success for casual gamers, but a major failure for hardcore gamers. Between 2012 and 2017, the Nintendo Wii U was a failure for both casual gamers and hardcore gamers. Ever since 2017 Spring season, Nintendo has been doing well due to the unsuspected success of Pokemon Go (which is partly owned by Nintendo), the Nintendo 3DS portable game console, the Nintendo Switch hybrid game console, exclusive first-party video games for the 3DS and Switch, and a variety of third-party video games for the 3DS and Switch.
Nintendo has a market cap of ~$59 billion (https://www.marketwatch.com/investing/stock/ntdoy). Nintendo mostly sells video games hardware and software. Sony has a market cap of ~$60 billion (http://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/sne). Sony sells video games hardware and software (i.e., Playstation home game console, Playstation games, and Playstation multiplayer network) , smartphones, televisions, cameras, movies and TV shows, and other stuff. Microsoft has a market cap of ~$642 billion (https://www.fool.com/quote/nasdaq/microsoft/msft). Microsoft sells video games hardware and software (i.e., Xbox home game console, Xbox games, and Xbox multiplayer network), Windows operating system, Office programs, general network services, and other things.
According to international sales data, the Sony Playstation 4 is outselling the Microsoft Xbox One by an approximate ratio of 2:1, because the Playstation has a larger quantity of exclusive games with superior quality. Both home game consoles debuted in late 2013. The Nintendo Switch hybrid game console debuted in 2017 spring, and it is already enjoying good sales numbers. The Nintendo Switch has huge potential over the short term and long term. As of now and for the next 3 to 6 years, the Nintendo Switch offers modern-enough special effects in a highly portable form factor, it has good exclusive games from Nintendo, and it getting more support from third-party video-game developers. Upgrades in special effects are reaching diminishing returns. The noticeable improvements from 480i gaming to 1080p gaming are fantastic, but the observable advancements from 1080p gaming to 4K gaming are less fantastic.
The Nintendo Switch has a few minor flaws. It typically offers 2 to 4 hours of portable gameplay, but this might be too short for many video gamers. It does not have an easy-to-replace battery, but third party companies offer attachment batteries: “Snakebyte Wants To Boost Your Nintendo Switch Battery” (http://www.nintendolife.com/news/2017/06/snakebyte_wants_to_boost_your_nintendo_switch_battery). Ideally, the Nintendo Switch should have a design that allows the user to easily swap batteries sort of like the battery in a camera. The Nintendo Switch’s TV dock is also a bit too bulky and could scratch the screen on the Nintendo Switch. The Nintendo Switch should also offer more controller options (e.g., left and right controllers with joysticks below the direction pad and button pad, left and right controllers with joysticks above the direction pad and button pad, and other combinations). I am a fan of motion controls, but the Nintendo Switch (and Playstation 4) does not take full advantage of its motion controls. Unfortunately, lots of video gamers are too fat or too skinny for motion controls.
Due to the continuous miniaturization of CPU, GPU, RAM, solid state drives, LCD screens, and other electronic components, future variants of the Nintendo Switch will be much better. In my opinion, if the future sells a Nintendo Switch 1.5 or 2.0 with phablet functions, various types of good headsets, and the Nvidia Tegra Xavier (or its immediate successor), then the future Nintendo Switch could achieve record sales numbers. Lots of people do NOT want to deal with and/or carry around one device for phone calls, one device for the Internet, one device for hard core video games, and one device for office productivity programs. Phablets are sort of advancing in this direction. If one device could achieve all of these functions, then that device should sell exceptionally well.
However, I could be totally wrong. I have never owned a video game console, because I strongly prefer the much larger variety of PC gaming. I also think the vast majority of video games are too repetitive, simplistic, and/or excessively random. A PC has lots of non-gaming functions. A game console is primarily a video games player with secondary support for Internet browsing and video streaming. Console gamers prefer the convenience of video game consoles, thus, adding too many functions to a video game console might be a bad idea. Increasing the complexity of any system could significantly increase the cost, lower the reliability, create more problems with compatibility and optimization, and make the system less user-friendly.
Nintendo has a history of creating brilliant ideas and stupid plans. I would not be surprised if Nintendo eventually fails to take great advantage of the Switch’s success. Three to four years from now, Nintendo could become too stubbornly backward to work with according to third-party developers. Five to seven years from now, the successor to the Switch could be a flop called the Switch U, Switcheroo, Switcher, Switch Mario Life, or some other stupid name.
